Up Up and Away


And also ...

This was my second entry to the Art Clay competition. We had to make earrings or charms. I had the idea of the hot air balloons but it took me a while to think what to use for the baskets. The Purple CZs worked out quite well.

These won the members prize vote where everyone attending voted for their favorite piece.

    How great are they!!!
    They would've been a fave at the PMC conference too (seeing as it was on at the same time as Bristol Balloon festival)
    Very well deserved winners :)

    Now, if I squidge up really small could you fit me in your suitcase?

    Thanks Nic, I enjoyed making them. The theme was travel and several people made hot air balloons. Great minds obviously think alike!

    I think my suitcase is getting quite full already! Hubby says he is first in line to get into it:)
